Wyndham Strengthens Strategic Revenue Management Services Through Expanded Collaboration with OTA Insight


LONDON – Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, the world’s largest hotel franchise company with approximately 9,000 hotels in nearly 95 countries, today announced the deployment of a new suite of revenue management tools for its franchise hotels and managed in Europe, Middle East, Eurasia and Africa (EMEA). The new initiative will equip participating hotels with a stronger and improved visualization of revenue performance metrics and is part of Wyndham’s long-standing partnership with OTA Insight, a leading cloud-based data intelligence platform.

OTA Insight’s Revenue Insight will enable Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and its hotel partners in the EMEA region to work together more closely and more effectively to generate additional revenue; allowing hoteliers to track which segments are served first and through which channels guests book. With interactive and easy-to-use dashboards revealing real-time information and actionable pricing performance, hotels will be able to access competitive business intelligence and personalized room type mapping. An added benefit includes information on pricing strategy, such as events, seasonal calendars, and major factors influencing market rates.

The platform represents the latest in a growing list of technology initiatives recently launched by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, all focused on providing tools for hotels to help provide a competitive advantage amid the ongoing pandemic. Earlier this year, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts announced the deployment of the next generation Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud Property Management in its full-service hotels, making it the first major hospitality company to adopt the system globally.
