BREAKING: Edelson seeks to pay Girardi victims, ‘family business’ sues

By Brandon Lowrey (April 5, 2022, 11:42 a.m. EDT) — Edelson PC on Tuesday offered to pay millions of dollars to the widows and orphans of plane crash victims whose settlements were stolen by his co-counsel in disgrace, Girardi Keese, and file a complaint for explosive racketeering against members of the “Girardi family business”.

The plan, which requires the blessing of a federal judge, would require Edelson’s insurer to pay more than $2 million to five of the company’s former clients, according to court documents filed Tuesday.
